Follow a scenic access path through a gully, along a small creek, past a sand dune, and you’ll find yourself on Whiskey Bay Beach. The large granite boulders found there are at their most spectacular when the sunset brings out their fiery orange colouring. Clamber up these rock formations for a selfie, spread a mat across the white sand for a relaxing tanning session, or have a picnic with your family. With that said, you might want to drive to Whisky Bay Beach otherwise you will have to walk back to your accomodation for the night in the dark, considering how most beachgoers spend around 2.5 hours there, which is well into the evening. It is one view that you will never forget, with the soft and warm glow of the Sun reflecting off the surface of the rocks.
