New York City, United States of America
Top of The Rock

You’ll feel as if you’re on top of the world once you get up here, with the entire skyline of New York bowing before you.

In a city filled with skyscrapers, where would you go to catch the best views of Manhattan and beyond? Well, first of all, it’s not enough to just look out for the tallest building. In fact, location plays a highly crucial role too. That’s why one highly recommended spot would be the aptly named Top of the Rock.

The Top of the Rock is considered to be the best place to get a panoramic view of New York City. Besides being extremely tall for one, the building has an outdoor observatory which will allow you to feel the wind gently caressing against your face as you behold the city’s skyline. In fact, the bird’s eye view that you’ll get here will even let you see as far as New Jersey, making this a prime spot. Another highlight is that you’ll get to take photos of the Empire State Building at eye level too, which would be nearly impossible anywhere else. Shutterbugs will definitely relish the opportunity to take photos of the sunset here as well. The skyscrapers themselves will reflect the light in all sorts of unique ways, and this is a view that you can only get over here. You’ll truly feel on top of the world after experiencing such artwork produced by man and nature.
