Visitors can enjoy either of 2 scenic routes circling the bay – the Töölönlahti route heads west and is more popular with beautiful views of modern architecture, whilst the Eläintarhanlahti route heads east and offers a nostalgic stroll amidst historic wooden villas and rolling hills. Nature lovers are recommended to check out the Winter Garden located at the northern end of the bay for a dazzling array of indigenous and international flora, whilst ornithologists will love observing the diverse variety of birds that populate the bay. During the summer, visitors can rent kayaks and canoes to enjoy a refreshing respite on the placid waters of the bay.
