The Rocks Discovery Museum illustrates the development of The Rocks from pre-European settlement to present day, via four permanent chronological exhibitions and an interactive research area. Through the use of many artifacts, touch screens, audio and visual elements; the museum seeks to engage all visitors as they embark on a historic journey. Additionally, mark your calendars for the school holidays, as there is a great event held here called the Kids Dig, where children get the opportunity to dig up historical artifacts and take history lessons from a real life archaeologist.
