Teddy Bear Museum (제주 테디베어뮤지엄)

Here teddy, there teddy, everywhere teddy teddy!

The Teddy Bear Museum in Seoul screams adorable! If you love teddy bears and plush toys, you’re going to go crazy here. Known as TESEUM, the teddy bear theme park first opened in Jeju Island in 2008, attracting more than a million visitors every year. TESEUM in Seoul, the second branch in the country, promises equal excitement with teddy bears in every nook and cranny, some small and some bigger than the average human being.

The specialty of the museum lies in its interactive nature- here, visitors can touch and hold the bears (hold your squeals in). Not only that, there is also plenty of information about the origin and evolution of teddy bears. Some are dressed as royalty of ancient times. How lucky! When the time comes to part with these cuddly teddy bears, fear not; you can take one (or a lot) home from the teddy bear store.
