Teddy Bear Museum

It is no surprise that a museum has been built for the cuddly toys we know and love – the classic teddy bear that was a vital part of our childhood.

For many people, they’ll know the feeling of attachment one gets to their teddy bear. Carrying it around everywhere, talking to it, not being able to sleep without it. There is something so charming about this adorable soft toy that comes in so many different shapes and sizes. Each person’s childhood teddy was different and unique, and that’s exactly what made them so special.

In this museum, over 2000 of our favourite toy has been transposed into quirky settings, dressed in elaborate costumes and arranged in suitable poses to bring a certain theme to life. The museum is divided into 12 sections over 2,500. In the Fairytale zone, children can explore a treehouse equipped with a slide, and every weekend, Captain Teddy Bear puts on an entertaining dance show. In the Fossil zone, kids can be an archaeologist for a day and dig up dinosaur bones. Roam among elephants, lions, giraffes, bears and monkeys in Africa zone, or explore a tropical underwater world of fish whales, turtles and sea shells in Under the sea Zone. However the main aim of the museum founder was to let people walk away with creative and fun pictures taken with the bears in a variety of settings, so get out your camera and pose with the diverse range of teddy’s for a memorable snapshot.

The perfect activity for a rainy day, to have some simple, straightforward fun with your kids and at the same time, take a trip down memory lane with your beloved childhood buddy.
