Susannah Place Museum

Take a peek into the lives of the urban working class during the 1800s.

Susannah Place Museum takes the form of a historic terrace of four houses built in 1844. Several families occupied the place up till 1990, and hence the museum we see today depicts the lives of the urban working class community back in the day. It has amazingly withstood past redevelopments, maintaining most of its original finishes and layout including the basement kitchen and outside laundry area. Kindly note that entry to this museum is by guided tour only, so remember to make a booking beforehand.
