Originally purposed for cultivating an appreciation for Singapore's philatelic history and heritage, the museum now stands as a bustling attraction for lovers of all things related to stamps! The museum features postages stamps and other related material originating from Singapore and other countries. Some of the oldest pieces here date back all the way to the 1830's and depict multiple aspects including history, culture, science and technology!


On top of its interactive, not to mention vibrant, permanent galleries and exhibitions, the museum also has themed galleries which hosts traveling global exhibitions throughout the year, featuring extensive stamp collections from famous collectors worldwide. One of the museum's highlights would be a British stamp forged by the Germans during World War II, that intentionally mocks King George VI.
