Seven Springs (Epta Piges)

A real oasis to the heat of the summer and perfect for a good family day out!

The Seven Springs, otherwise known as Epta Piges, is situated about 30km away from Rhodes City. It is one of the most beautiful locations on Rhodes and it offers an enjoyable, picturesque surrounding, which is a true oasis from the hot summer sun and offers a relaxing day out surrounded by the lush Mediterranean greenery.

Water flows out of the springs all year round which forms a small, quaint lake which can be reached via a dark and narrow 186m long tunnel. The lake remains full due to a dam the Italians built to provide a nearby town, Kolympia, with fresh water. Seven Springs and the forests that surround it are also perfect for a good stroll with the family, and is certainly worth a visit if you happen to be in the area!
