Seiland National Park

Enjoy this natural Norwegian beauty.

Seiland National Park in Alta, Norway, is a true example of endless natural beauty. Opened since 2007, this park is filled to the brim with massive mountains that reach as high as 800m tall, and thick, green forests. You can find some beautiful glaciers here, such as the Seilandsjøkule and Nordmannsjøkelen, two of the northernmost glaciers in the whole of Scandinavia.

This park is also home to some true natural gems – literally. Scattered around the park you will find large crystals, made from zirconium. Nature lovers will love immersing themselves in the native wildlife, witnessing gyrfalcons and poppies in their natural habitat. If you prefer a shot of adrenaline in your activities, feel free to lace up those boots for a hike, or take a dive in the nearby fjords at the Seiland National Park. You can even hop on a horse here and gallop away into the wilderness. Seiland National Park is beautiful no matter the season, welcoming all to enjoy all that it offers.
