San Diego Bay

Discover San Diego’s stunning natural harbor like never before.

Bogged down by the stresses of life, be it work or life? Are you looking for a quiet space perhaps, dotted by fascinating pieces of history? Then, San Diego Bay is just what you’re looking for! The waters of the bay shimmer darkly under clear blue skies, dotted by pristine white sailboats and the sprawling urban landscape of San Diego. The San Diego-Coronado Bridge curves elegantly across the water, making for a lovely picture. If it’s a sunny day, it’s time to don your hat and traverse the length of the bay for you will discover more than just peace and quiet here.

You can marvel at the architecture of the Marriott and Hyatt hotels, or head into a massive ship - the Midway Museum - to discover military history in a truly unorthodox way. Young or old, you're bound to enjoy it. If your stomach growls, there's gelato, and if your wallet feels too heavy, you could always wander into the small boutiques along the bay. Not up for either? If it's more sightseeing you're craving, you're certainly in for a huge surprise (literally) when you come across the giant figures of a man passionately embracing a woman. This sculpture was made after the famous "V-J Day in Times Square" photograph taken after the end of the Second World War. At sunset, when the sky is a line of fire, there's perhaps nothing more picturesque than this statue. A few hours simply traversing San Diego Bay will be nothing short of delightful!
