Raymond James Stadium

Now, what is a pirate ship doing in a stadium meant to host American football and events?

Ahoy matey! Welcome to the Raymond James Stadium, the home ground of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the National Football League (NFL). Now, what makes this stadium so special is the replica of a pirate ship, harboured at the Buccaneer cove.

A massive 31 metre and 43-ton ship, the cannons fire every time the Buccaneers score a point or touchdown. Each boom of the cannons hypes up the crowd, cheering for their favourite teams eagerly, each hoping they win the game. An adorable animatronic parrot is also perched on the ship, talking to anyone who passes by. A stadium buzzing with the energy of fans all around the world, you may fancy having an inside look of the stadium. Hop on the stadium tours where you will tour the area for a little more than an hour. Check out the field, as you feel tiny, amidst a massive field, surrounded by more than 60,000 seats. You can even head to the locker rooms and the pirate ship! A thrilling experience, this is a stadium unlike any other.
