With 1,600 sq metres of space for the farming and growing of various different species of orchids, the Phuket Orchid Farm is for those who are interested in botany or want to view and purchase flowers. And yes, you can purchase some of these plants and their seeds (if they’re in season!) and have them appropriately packaged with quarantine stickers to travel through customs in most countries (except Australia and New Zealand).

Outside the Orchid Farm is the Thai Village, which is best known for its twice-daily cultural shows, demonstrating a whole host of Thai cultural arts, including traditional dancing, muay thai and a wedding display. You can also observe and learn to make traditional Thai crafts at the handicraft centre.
