Papohaku Beach Park

Endless stretch of beautiful white sand, a perfect place for some peaceful solitude or intimate romantic spot with nobody in the vicinity (mostly).

The Papohaku Beach Park seems like a hidden jewel, whose value is yet to be disclosed to the general public, and hence it is one of the rarest beaches in the world, deserted and free from chaos and commotion that is usually common in most beaches. The view of the expansive blue ocean underneath the equally expansive and blue, sky is just breath-taking. It is one of the largest white sand beaches in Hawaii. The absence of tourists will not hurt, with an immediate realization of the sudden freedom and what this means. The beach park invites you to be playful, be yourself, and enjoy without any inhibitions or care. Forget all the worries back home and relax in the sands of this serene Hawaiian beach, a beach like no other in the truest sense.

Tips Before You Go
Perfect for solo travellers – just carry a book and you are good to go. Equally ideal for family outings and picnics, romantic dates, outings with a group of friends. Do not walk close to the water edge, as strong ocean surf and waves may wash you along - not suitable for a swim. Unlike the norm, do not wear flip flops or slippers as there are thorns from kiawe trees.
