Covering a colossal area of approximately 1.45 million ㎡, the Seoul Olympic Park was built to host the 1988 Summer Olympics. Divided into various zones such as a cultural art park, a leisure sports park, an eco-park and History Experience Park, there is something for everyone.


Visit the highly-rated sculpture museum and feast your eyes upon more than 200 masterpieces by internationally acclaimed artists. Admire the majestic Mongchontoseong Fortress and Mongchonhaeja (manmade lake) from the early Baekje period. Get up close with nature and wonderful creatures such as Korean squirrels, chipmunks, raccoons and white herons at the eco-park. Have a great workout at the jogging path, participate in your favourite activity at Peace Square or rejuvenate yourself at the acupressure footpath. Tips Before You Go
Before you make your trip over, try to familiarize yourself with the various entrances and exits, as it is common to get lost due to the sheer size of the Olympic Park. Do set aside sufficient time to explore this park too, as visitors typically spend over 3 hours here.
