The Hague, Netherlands
Noordeinde Palace

An official Palace of the Dutch royal family, a walk around this palace will give a fair idea of what royalty means and feels.

For the royal family of the Dutch, the Noordeinde Palace has been the centre for various important dates and events such as marriage. The palace gardens features the Royal Archives containing the historic collection of the House of Orange. As the palace is not open to the public, it would be unfair to judge the magnificence of this remarkable monument from a distance, which was once a medieval farmhouse. The royal stables visible next to the palace garden will give you a sneak peak at the coaches and horses in the stables. The entry to the Palace garden is free. Here one can enjoy peace and quiet.
