National Museum of Natural History (Grande Galerie de l’Evolution)

With more than 7,000 taxidermied animals, the Grande Galerie de l’Evolution will leave both adults and kids in awe.

The Grande Galerie de l'Évolution (Gallery of Evolution) is part of the Natural History Museum of Paris and is one of the oldest museums of its genre around the world. It consists of four levels, each one dedicated to telling a different story: the first two floors focus on diversity, the third floor talks about humanity and its impact on the environment, and the fourth floor explains evolution. The first floor also offers a kids section for children aged 6–12.

Another distinctive feature is the museum's glass roof that causes the interior lighting to change, mimicking the different time of day and weather. Visitors can also rest their legs at the snack bar located on the first floor. This attraction is perfect for both young and old alike, and is likely to amaze as well as educate you about diversity and evolution of the living world.
