Museum of Man

Where bits and pieces of man’s history remain alive.

The Museum of Man is the perfect place for those seeking to find something more interest than typical art and history museums. Instead, it combines both art AND history to present to you many aspects of anthropology. Here, you can find an expansive series of exhibitions that range from Ancient Egypt to the curious act of cannibalism. You don’t have to worry about bringing your family here, though – the exhibitions are child-friendly (except the one about beer) as the museum aims aim to integrate fun activities into education, and this is exactly what it’s done. A handful of exhibits explore relatable and commonly spoken about concepts such as race and living with animals, while others are revolving around art and even monsters! You can also access a staircase from the second floor that’s been hidden for decades. The journey after that to the top will consist of a seven-floor climb, but you can be assured that it’ll be worth it!
