Fashionistas and history fans alike are sure to fall in love with MoMu Fashion Museum, which showcases the evolution of fashion by displaying their clothing collection in its social, political and cultural context.

Departing from the usual glass-panelled display cases, MoMu presents its collection through adventurous exhibitions, such as leaving them outdoors for Yohji Yamamoto’s Dreamshop. Besides its creative exhibitions, MoMu stands out from other fashion museums as it also has a collection of Antwerp’s historical costumes.

MoMu’s exhibitions and collections emphasise the historical value of fashion, presenting it as an alternative lens through which we can study the ever-changing society.
