Located in the central tower of the Cibeles Palace, the Mirador Madrid is one Madrid's best viewpoints. It provides a 360-degree panoramic view of the city, where major attractions like the Gran Vía, the Paseo de la Castellana, and El Retiro Park can be seen. Maps are also provided at the viewpoint to help visitors identify their location and the landmarks they are looking at. To get to the top, visitors would have to take a lift to the sixth floor, and then either take another lift or walk up to the eighth floor. The gates at the sixth floor are opened every half hourly, so visitors do not have to worry about overcrowding at this popular vantage point.
