There is absolutely no doubt that Mines View Park is one of the most renowned of its kind in Baguio City, Philippines. From the observation deck of the park, take in a breathtaking panoramic view of Benguet’s gold and copper mines and the surrounding mountains that unfold before you. It is brilliant sight to enjoy and certainly should not be missed when visiting Baguio. The park is usually the next stop after visitors stop by Mansion or Wright Park. To reach the observation area, you need to go down a winding stairwell just close to the parking area. You should be careful when ascending or descending as the steps can be slippery. There are many benches at the promontory where you can relax and enjoy the view. For a few pesos, you can rent a binocular and have your pictures taken as well! You should visit earlier during the day as the view may not be as visible once the fog starts to move in in the afternoon.
