Located right in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, the Majestic Theatre was originally built in 1927 by real estate magnates, the Chanin Brothers. With 1645 seats, this venue has seen notable musical theatre productions such as Camelot (1960), A Little Night Music (1973) and The Phantom of the Opera (1988). Adopting a modern Spanish style with its terra-cotta base and brick-wall ornamentation, which was according to the architectural vision of Herbert Krapp, the exterior also includes an elaborate Palladian motif above the entrance. The single large balcony is a conducive feature which offers a vantage view of the stage. With such amazing features and stellar performances, the Majestic Theatre will undoubtedly provide a fulfilling experience.
