Madame Tussauds, Hong Kong

Meet your favourite Hong Kong celebrities here!

Similar to the other Madame Tussauds museums around the world, this museum exhibits the wax figures of famous celebrities all over the globe. Set up in 2000, it is the first ever Madame Tussauds museum in Asia. Located on the second floor of the Peak Tower in Victoria Peak, the museum houses over 100 wax figures! Over one third of the total number of wax figures are Asian celebrities, with 16 local Hong Kong celebrities being showcased here as well. Get your photos taken with famous icons like Barack Obama, Elvis Presley, David Beckham, and the most popular figure here, Jackie Chan! The museum also houses a haunted house, where the wax figures of notorious murderers and dangerous criminals reside, so step inside if you dare!

Tips Before You Go
Do pay a visit to the toilet before coming, because the only toilet is located at the end of the building - after passing by every single attraction. Also, don’t expect to see much in the way of international figures like other franchises of Madame Tussauds. The one in Hong Kong places greater emphasis on Asian cultural icons.
