Tips Before You Go
You will need to pay to enter the observatory and as such, it is recommended that you check the visibility first lest you end up paying just to look at fog and clouds. The best time to visit would actually be in the early evening, as that is when the various buildings in Seoul start to light up. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, and the Wi-Fi in the tower will allow you to share that beauty with the world. The mall itself is huge and you could easily spend one whole day in there. So go to the mall first before entering the tower.
