Little Italy

Penne for your thoughts.

As its name suggests, Little Italy is a neighborhood in Manhattan that once accommodated a large community of Italians and is a historical, cultural district similar to Chinatown. Here you will find authentic Italian restaurants that cater to your every craving. It also hosts several events, notably the Feast of San Gennaro every September, a street fair that lasts over 11 days filled with food stalls, parades, games, and other exciting attractions. Little Italy was also the setting for the popular mafia novel and films, The Godfather.
