Lindos Beach

A beach of shallow waters, perfect for a day out with the kids!

The Lindos Beach is about 50km away from Rhodes city. To get there, just follow the signs for the beach. You will reach a point where you have to turn left to get to Lindos and turning right will bring you to another beach, the Pallas Beach which shares the same bay. Expect a spread of sun beds, tavernas, umbrellas and a wide variety of people, from old tourists to locals there to enjoy a day out under the sun. Not forgetting, from glass bottom boats, to canoes and paddle boards, these are all available for visitors to enhance their beach experience.

Old-timers to the beach often reminisce about the blue flowers that once used to grow along the beach and the celebrity yachts which often dock nearby. But the place has unfortunately seen some decline over the years. Lindos is perfect if you enjoy the crowds and a good company but should you prefer a more quiet setting, Pallas may be a better choice - either way both beaches are certainly worth a visit!
