Heureka, the Greek word meaning “I’ve found it!” has been adopted in this Finnish science centre. With approximately 200 exhibits, fascination is sure to be expected! From the main exhibition featuring the most popular exhibits – watch the “Foucault Pendulum”, swaying from side to side, in an almost hypnotic movement. Not forgetting, the “Tightrope Bicycle”, as you pedal safely across a thin rope. This is all possible due to Science and its wonders!

As you venture further, be amazed by the world we live in. “Science On a Sphere” presents you with a spectacular view of the earth we live in! From the stunning blue lakes surrounding us, to sky-high mountains, the land we tread on and even better, outer space! Mesmerising in every way, these scenes are projected on a special screen, shaped in a sphere. A magical experience extends further to the outdoors. After all, science is everywhere and should not be cooped up inside! Check out the “Bedrock Exhibition” with the large collection of rocks from all over Finland. This exhibition seriously “rocks”!
