Why green?
Upon entering the grand establishment which once served as the flagship brewery of Heineken beer, the senses are immediately flushed with the flourish of sensual experiences, most notably and immediately, the sweet fragrance of freshly brewed beer percolating within horizontal tanks unique to Heineken’s beer manufacturing process that extracts the fruity accent from special ingredient, A-yeast. Venturing farther into the factory refurbished to become a suitable location for the brewing of beer and the immediate consumption on the premises that host a variety of moods that complements a Heineken in hand and good company all around. Yet despite the new coat of paint, the factory still possess a quality that harks back to the 1800s when Heineken was still something of a novelty making for a rich sensory experience from its copper brewing ranks, to the flavour familiar, century old formula, all the while being reminded of its heritage from the various exhibits throughout the complex telling of the today internationally celebrated brand of Heineken’s humble origins.
