Tips Before You Go
All hikers must reach the top of the mountain by mid-afternoon to safely descend before sundown, so make sure to start your hike early to maintain a more leisurely pace. Remember to bring insect repellent, plenty of water and a sturdy pair of shoes, as the hike can get rather challenging at some points. Take a jacket with you too - you’re going to need it at the top when it gets chilly.
