Grand Teton National Park

Wyoming’s answer to the perfect trip for nature lovers and thrill seekers.

Diverse wildlife? Checked. Over a thousand species of plants? Checked. Recreation activities? Checked. The perfect adventure? Definitely. These are exactly what the Grand Teton National Park offers. Like other national parks across the world, it was established in 1992 to serve as a protected area for flora, fauna, and natural structures. Stroll around the park’s vast land and discover the ancient mountains, the Snake River, and deep blue lakes. If you want to connect with nature, embark on a raft trip on the river with an experienced guide, or enjoy a picnic by the crystal clear lakes as you look out for wildlife roaming around the park. Being in Wyoming also means that visitors are treated to various activity choices depending on the season. Experience the yearly wildlife migration in spring, go for a hike in summer, marvel at the park’s colourful landscapes in fall, or participate in cross-country skiing in winter. It doesn’t matter when you visit – you always have something to do when you’re here.

Tips Before You Go
The entrance gates remain open throughout the year, but it is best not to go during winter as some areas are closed and most facilities and visitor centres are closed on Christmas Day.
