Gardaland is a theme park situated in Castelnuovo del Garda, Italy. It was officially opened in 19 July 1975, and it currently comprises of Gardaland Park, Gardaland Sealife and the Gardaland Hotel. The entire compound spans over 445,000 square metres, while the theme park itself covers over 200,000 square metres. The theme park attracts over 3 million visitors annually and was ranked fifth in the top ten amusement parks worldwide with the best turnover rates by Forbes Magazine.
