A true classic art museum with all types of artwork.
Located in the affluent neighborhood of the Upper East Side in Manhattan, the Frick Collection doubles as both a museum and a research space. Perhaps more affluent than the neighborhood is the artwork within, some of which were painted by Rembrandt, Bellini, and even Goya. The museum itself opened in 1935 while the library, whereby research can be conducted, was opened in 1920.
Paintings are not the only masterpieces that make up the Frick Collection. Clocks, furniture, medals and even paper are just some of the other items that the growing collection consists of. So come by this classic art museum and be awe-inspired by the beautiful pieces of artwork that come in a wide array of different forms!
