Australia’s reputation for its unbeatable wilderness is not without cause, as is evident from the Fitzgerald River National Park. This park, spanning 2,972 km², is home to 12 different types of frogs, 22 different species of mammals, and 41 different species of reptiles. Rare birds also reside here, with examples such as the western whip bird and the ground parrot. Animals that the country is famous for, such as wallabies and kangaroos, can also be spotted in the premises.


Apart from the plethora of animals, the park is also home to about 20% of the plant species in the whole of Western Australia. Additionally, many of these plants can only be found in this park.
