Find the Burj Khalifa, pyramids in the colors of the rainbow and even mildly disturbing disembodied heads wreathed in a laurel of flowers in a riot of colors at the Dubai Miracle Garden.
Dubai’s Miracle Garden is not something that was achieved through a twirl and the small wave of a wand. It’s a 72,000m² feat of pure floral magic with 109 million blooms which attract not just bees but an unbelievable total of 55,000 visitors each week, numbers that could rival the army of pollinators themselves. Iconic features of the desert dressed in vibrant hues of red, orange and lavender are found beside elaborate arcs of hedged pink roses and more. Larger than life swans created through the careful arrangement of white daffodils, proud peacocks with their petal feathers spread in a fan behind and countless other structures are a delight to capture on camera and an even better backdrop for a relaxing stroll. If the heat is a little too much to bear, cupolas and tented cabanas adorned by trellises and hanging vines provide much needed shade and respite to be enjoyed.
Found within the Garden is the Dubai Butterfly Garden as well. These fragile beauties number in the 10s of thousands spread across 9 themed domes, making it the largest indoor butterfly garden in the world as recorded by the Guinness Book of World Records. Delicate fragrances and a natural tapestry of pigments beyond your wildest imagination always accompany these jewels of the earth and the creatures reliant upon them as you will no doubt discover at the Dubai Miracle Gardens.
