Da Ban Stream

Charming stream with cool table-top like rock formations.

Originating from Ham Ninh mountain, the Da Ban stream or Table Rock stream is situated 10-minutes north of Duong Dong town and is very close to Duong Dong lake, another major tourist attraction. Although smaller and less dramatic compared to its counterpart, the Tranh Stream waterfall, the Da Ban stream remains popular with locals and tourists because of its convenient location and charming beauty.

Da Ban stream’s alternative name, Table Rock stream, was derived because of the numerous large, flat stone slabs that intersperse the river stream, making for a rather interesting and scenic nature site. Visitors can picnic or rest on any of the large, flat granite boulders lining the stream, as their relative flatness makes for the perfect resting spot. The adventurous can explore the wooden suspension bridge located close to the stream or cool off at one of the numerous rock pools surrounding the Da Ban stream. Those feeling less brave for the day can cross the stream using a more stable wooden bridge located just a few steps away, making Da Ban stream a great location for visitors of all types and ages.
