Crawley Edge Boatshed

What better to match blue with than more blue.

Walk along the boardwalk in the Swan River and you will eventually reach the Crawley Edge Boatshed, located on the banks of Matilda Bay, Perth. Also known as the blue houseboat, this intriguing place was built in the 1930s to shelter boats. The structure was damaged over time due to all kinds of natural occurences, but was eventually restored to its current condition in 2004. This little treasure is not so well-hidden after all, so be prepared to have to queue just to take pictures here! Remember to bring your cameras and drop by. After all, where else can you snap pristine echoes of blue, all the way from the house to the waters. Just make sure you have something to keep you preoccupied during the long waits.
