Busan Gwangandaegyo Bridge (부산 광안대교)

A scenic viewpoint by day; a romantic spot by night.

Stretching over 7.4km from Namcheon-dong to Centum City, Busan Gwangandaegyo Bridge is the longest bi-level bridge over the ocean in Korea. Also known as ‘Diamond Bridge’, the architectural marvel required nine years of construction. Apart from providing an efficient path of travel, the immaculately white suspension bridge is popular for its marvellous views of the nature surrounding it. During the day, visitors can admire spectacular views of Oryukdo Island, Hwangnyeongsan Mountain and Gwangalli Beach. In the evening, the bridge transforms into an especially romantic spot - thousands of LED lights illuminate the bridge, wherein the colours of the lights change with the seasons. Every Autumn, the bridge lights up with colourful and vibrant fireworks, offering a lively and captivating treat for residents and tourists alike!
