Bayside Marketplace

A microcosm of Miami by the water’s edge.

What began as a festival marketplace saw itself being established as a permanent feature of downtown Tampa, known to most today as the Bayside Marketplace. This is two levels worth of stores and eateries celebrating the best of Miami in a nutshell. With 150 retail outlets, you’ll be able to find items from the biggest American labels like GAP to the smallest homegrown Miami boutiques. Swishing palm fronds and embellishments fitting the nautical theme complete the seaside vibe of the area. It’s a medley of cultures at Bayside through gastronomic experiments from across the world, celebrating the flavors and tastes of their Latin American neighbors and more. At Bubba Gump Shrimp Co., it isn’t just their shrimp you should look out for but their juicy, tender slow-roasted ribs that have a long list of accolades to their name. Under the colors of dusk, sipping at some cold, refreshing Daiquiri, the atmosphere will have you rolling back and easing yourself after much sightseeing and travelling. Live music by local acts add the final touches to the image so that you have all the best of Miami, from the souvenirs to the food to the sounds, served directly up to you.
