The Go-To Concert Hall of Rome.
The Parco della Musica is a musical and cultural multiplex that boasts three indoor concert halls and an outdoor arena, capable of holding close to 3,000 people. Designed by Italian architect Renzo Piano, it is one of Europe's most visited performing arts centers, attracting over two million visitors in 2014, coming in second just under New York’s Lincoln Center.
It is home to the world-class Orchestra of Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia. The orchestra has been conducted by some big names in music such as Debussy, Strauss, and Stravinsky and performs over 250 concerts a year, largely symphonic and chamber music. The venue also hosts many other varied acts ranging from plays to literature festivals.
