Maestros assemble to produce a treat for the ears at the theatre that gives talents a chance.

Are you a fan of the "Queen of Jazz" Ella Fitzgerald? How about the "King of Pop" Michael Jackson? Both of these legends actually have something in common – they performed at the Apollo Theatre in New York. Founded in 1934, the Apollo has given African-American artistes a platform to express themselves and showcase their talents, with many of them attaining worldwide fame. The building is of such importance that it is even featured on the National Register of Historic Places.
