Anse Source d’Argent Beach

Waves lapping against the beach and stunning views… Who could ask for more?

Seychelles is a place of unparalleled beauty, and you definitely can't miss stopping by the Anse Source d'Argent Beach. The clear, shallow water seems to glint a myriad of colors under the warm rays of the sun. The soft, golden sand stretches for as long as you can go and the beach's most fascinating feature is its granite formations. These sturdy shapes look like they were sculpted by hand, the waves and formations so intricate that they never fail to catch visitors' attention.

Get your snorkeling gear ready as you prepare to dive into the refreshing waters to explore underwater. The coral reef protects the beach from the open ocean and makes it easier for you to keep an eye on rambunctious kids. Hop onto one of the boulders and pose for your next Instagram hit before heading out to the giant tortoise enclosures to watch these incredible creatures. You (and the kids, of course) might even get a chance to feed them!

Tips Before You Go
You can cycle from the port to the beach if you’re up for something a little breezier. Check out the timings for high tide and low tide, because the water can be too shallow for some water activities or so high that the beach is inaccessible.
